Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the paint team
- Supervise sanding, cleaning, and prep
- Ensure quality in paint and finish
- Use correct tools and safe methods
- Inspect final work for quality
- Coordinate with other departments
- Enforce health and safety rules
- Report on work and team performance
- Train and upskill paint technicians
Must Have
- Diploma or degree in automotive or painting
- 5–10 years of painting experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong skills in painting and finishing
- Team management under pressure
- Excellent communication and organization
- Good English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in GCC or UAE market
- Knowledge of modern paint systems
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards
- Basic Arabic communication skills
- Training or coaching experience
- Problem-solving and quality control mindset
- Familiarity with safety audits or inspections
